Until Labs is developing technology for whole-body, reversible cryopreservation. The company's immediate goal is to develop cryopreservation technology that can extend the viability of donated human organs from hours to weeks or months. This would allow more time for matching organs with recipients, reduce the number of organs lost due to logistical issues, and ultimately save more lives. This near-term project serves as a crucial step toward Until Labs' larger, long-term vision of developing reversible whole-body cryopreservation. This process would effectively "pause molecular motion" to give patients time to wait for future medical cures.
