The company's approach uses genetics to identify novel disease targets and develop drugs that are more likely to be effective for specific patient populations. Triveni Bio's lead antibody program is TRIV-509 for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders. The company is also developing other antibody programs for the treatment of a variety of I&I disorders, including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and psoriasis.
