Treeline Biosciences is using a four-pronged approach to drug discovery that focuses on turning previously challenging options into viable drug targets. While many potential targets have been identified, due to challenges in creating a targeted drug, these have not been used in therapeutics, despite unmet patient needs. Using mechanistic biology, medicinal chemistry, computational science, and structural biology, Treeline Biosciences expands what is possible as a drug target in hopes of providing novel therapeutics where there were none before. While Treeline Biosciences is primarily focused on oncology, they are also investigating hematology, immunology, and rare diseases. Treeline Biosciences is developing a healthy drug discovery pipeline that addresses unmet patient needs.
