Translucence Biosystems

Translucence Biosystems is providing researchers with fast and reliable 3D analysis of biological samples. The most common method to analyze tissue samples is with 2D tissue histology due to the challenges of acquiring and processing 3D versions. Translucence is facilitating the shift from 2D to 3D through the development of tissue clearing methods, assays, imaging technology, machine learning-enabled data processing tools and novel methods for big data statistical analysis of spatial anatomy. As well as offering custom services, Translucence has established whole-brain assays to assess neuronal activity, neuroinflammation and beta-amyloid levels.
