SeqLL

SeqLL is developing true single molecule sequencing technology (tSMS) to enhance research and healthcare. tSMS is a research breakthrough that enables direct parallel sequencing of millions of individual molecules. The technology works for DNA and RNA without prior library preparation or amplification thereby reducing errors, eliminating sources of bias and improving turnaround time. SeqLL has also created their tSMS technology to work on minute quantities of substrate so that even picogram samples can attain valuable data. tSMS has various applications from metagenomic sample analysis, mutation discovery and profiling to DNA barcoding and protein-DNA interactions.
