Seismic Therapeutics is using machine-learning technology to create drugs for immune diseases. Traditional protein identification and optimization is inefficient with several iterative steps that are conducted independently. Seismic is using their IMPACT platform to optimize the drug-like properties of biologics in parallel. The platform works by integrating machine learning with structural biology, protein engineering and translational immunology to accelerate the generation of novel biologics. Using their platform, Seismic is developing novel enzyme and antibody drug conjugates for autoimmune diseases.
