Savran Technologies is revolutionizing non-invasive prenatal diagnostics to isolate ultra-rare cells from the blood. Using their unique, patented microfluidic designs and processes, Savran has established a streamlined workflow to capture fixed or live cells with near-100% purity with gentle processing to provide healthy cells for downstream analysis. The downstream analysis includes prenatal diagnostics for circulating fetal cells found in maternal blood, or cancer diagnostics for circulating tumor cells. Savran’s technology has been recently validated in a major Phase 2 clinical trial that involved around 200 patients of triple-negative breast cancer.
