Satellite Bio is creating cell therapies to eradicate complex diseases. Technological advances have now been made that enable living cells to be delivered into the body where they can repair or replace critical organ function. Satellite Bio is capitalizing on this technology using their Satellite Adaptive Tissue (SAT) platform that leverages three key technological innovations to unlock the broad application of solid organ cells as therapeutic agents: expansion, seed formation and stabilization. Satellite’s lead program focuses on the delivery and durable engraftment of expanded, mature hepatocyte cells to augment or replace liver function.
