RION is pioneering novel regenerative technologies to heal the body from within. Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles secreted by cells that contain messages composed of proteins, nucleic acids and lipids that are a mode of communication between cells. RION has isolated exosomes from platelets with a unique biochemical make-up that is key to tissue regeneration in the body. These exosomes, called Purified Exosome Product, are being further investigated by RION to understand their mode of action and to identify ways to scale exosome manufacturing and therapeutic applications. RION is also spearheading the development of next-generation exosome technologies designed to precisely deliver therapeutic payloads.
