Rebiotix is developing technology to restore the human microbiome. Many bacterial infections and debilitating diseases result in disruption to the microbiome. Through the collection of stool samples, Rebiotix is gathering microbes so that they can research life-changing therapies. Already, Rebiotix has a diverse pipeline of investigational drug products identified through their microbiota-based MRTTM drug platform. The platform involves delivering live microbes into a patient’s intestinal tract. Rebiotix's initial focus is to find a therapeutic that will help break the cycle of recurrent C. diff infection.
