Quiver Biosciences is creating novel medicines for patients living with brain disorders. Drug discovery for brain disorders has been limited by the ability to appropriately model the disease. Using human disease models and AI/ML-driven technology, Quiver is using their platform to gain insights into the biological complexity of the brain and its associated disease states.This involves stem cell technologies and advanced culture methods to create uniform preparations of human neurons. These cells serve as the testing ground for high-throughput drug screening for therapeutics. Quiver is building their own diverse portfolio and also collaborating with existing industry leaders to progress their compounds to clinics.
