Quantgene is developing methods for early detection and better prevention of all diseases, beginning with cancer. Many diseases, like cancer, leave traces of their presence in the form of DNA that can be detected in blood samples. Quantgene focuses on improving cell-free DNA detection and analysis and is using their Griffin deep genomics platform to analyze the Deep Human Genome. The platform combines deep sequencing data generation with AI and machine learning to identify patterns that signal cancer or other diseases from a 20-mL blood sample. By detecting cancer earlier, Quantgene hopes to treat patients sooner when treatment is more successful. They have also been using their technology for COVID-19 testing.
