Promakhos Therapeutics

Promakhos Therapeutics is developing a platform to cure inflammatory disorders. Chronic inflammation can damage the body and lead to further disease. Current therapies typically involve suppressing the immune system, rather than addressing the root cause of the disease. Promakhos however is looking to develop curative therapies that restore the function of the immune system, restoring inflammatory control to the body. In particular, Promakhos is interested in identifying solutions for patients with Crohn’s disease and multiple sclerosis, where many patients are not benefiting from currently available therapies.
