Predicine

Predicine is developing next-generation medicine techniques to advance precision medicine in oncology. Cancer is defined as a genetic disease and these changes can be observed at both a DNA and an RNA level. Predicine is using this more holistic definition to uncover both the genomic blueprint (DNA copy number loss) and the functional biology (RNA fusion and splicing) of many cancer types, to inform critical clinical decisions. In addition, Predicine is extending the sample range for clinical discovery by establishing more robust variant detection tools from urine, an ideal non-invasive body fluid, particularly for bladder cancer. Through these various technologies, Predicine is accelerating cancer genome analysis to help researchers and biopharmaceutical partners.
