Phase Genomics

Phase Genomics is using groundbreaking technology to exploit the information captured in the higher order packaging of DNA. Hi-C is a technique used to study the spatial arrangement of DNA in the cell, but has mainly used short-read sequencing for data capture. Using instead ultra-long-range genome sequencing technology and computational tools, Phase Genomics is decoding the physical origin of each junction partner to improve insights across biology and medicine. Phase is looking to apply their technology to human genomics, metagenomics and microbiology and plant and animal genomics.
