PepLib is discovering new peptide drugs for various applications. Using their peptide discovery platform, Peptide Information Compression Technology (PICT), which contains information on nearly half a billion peptides, PepLib is conducting high-throughput screening assays to identify active peptides of value. In addition, PepLib has complimentary discovery pipelines for animal toxin peptides and their virtual peptide library. PepLib’s current therapeutic focus is oncology and cardiometabolic diseases. The oncology program includes development of both peptide drug conjugates and peptide radionuclide conjugates.

🤗 Experience: 
Dr. Quiyun Dai received a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Chemical Defense and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame. He used to be the vice president of Discovery Chemistry of Shanghai ChemPartner, the director, principal investigator (professor), and doctoral supervisor of the Peptide Chemistry Laboratory of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, He has completed many clinical or preclinical studies of Class I innovative drugs and is familiar with peptide and small molecule drug design, synthesis (including largescale manufacture), quality study, pharmacology, and drug application process.

He has previously worked as a Research Scientist at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and served as a Senior Scientist at CLINUVEL Pharmaceuticals. With extensive experience in target validation and mechanism development for small molecule compounds and peptide drugs, Dr. Bin Wang has a comprehensive understanding of drug discovery and development processes, Phase I and II clinical trials, as well as drug registration procedures.

He has served as Senior Director of Peptide Chemistry at GeneScience Pharmaceuticals and has played key roles in drug discovery at Neurocrine Biosciences, Novo Nordisk Research Center Indianapolis (NNRCI), and the Indiana University School of Medicine.
