ELISA platform

Nomic Bio is developing the world’s fastest protein profiling service to make the human proteome as broadly and easily accessible. To facilitate scalable, high fidelity and flexible multiplexing of proteins, Nomic has created their nELISA platform, which leverages groundbreaking technology to expand access to the proteome. The platform uses DNA oligonucleotides to pre-colocalize antibody pairs on spectrally encoded microparticles enabling read-out using high-throughput flow cytometry. While Nomic aims to interrogate proteome-wide, currently they are creating an nELISA for profiling the inflammatory secretome. Clients can select from over 180 protein targets to custom design their own panel for their research needs.
