Matterworks

Matterworks is enabling scalable metabolomics through AI and analytical chemistry. Metabolomics involves the quantification and determination of metabolites present within a sample. While previously challenging, Matterworks has built Pyxis, which was trained on the world’s largest mass spectrometer dataset and their Large Spectral Model to map raw mass spectrometer data to absolute concentrations. Matterwork’s tool provides untargeted, quantitative, fast and reproducible data which can be used for various applications.
