Using their Avatar-Rx platform, LifeMine integrates high-throughput microbiology, machine learning and genome engineering to search the fungal biosphere for novel GEMs that bind human targets. Candidates are then optimized using state-of-the art chemical synthesis to advance new products into development. LifeMine has already announced a strategic R&D collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline for multiple disease areas.
