Liberate Bio

Liberate Bio is developing new technology to enhance non-viral mediated delivery approaches for nucleic acid cargoes. Many genetic disorders could be liberated by having optimal delivery methods for ASOs, siRNAs, mRNAs and encoded gene editors. Using high throughput in vivo screening of barcoded cargoes, machine learning to identify novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, as well as investigating non-lipid technologies, Liberate is enabling precise delivery to disease relevant tissues. Liberate’s ability to rapidly and efficiently design new delivery vehicles has the potential to enable future pharmaceutical partner’s pipelines and address previously unreachable biological targets.
