RNA delivery technology, Immune Activators (Adjuvants)

HDT Bio is developing cost-effective immunotherapies to prevent global infectious diseases. Many bioengineered vaccines and therapies under development are expensive. HDT Bio aims to empower a patient’s own immune system through three strategies: activation of innate immunity, amplification of adaptive immune responses, and disruption of tumor tight junctions. As an example, HDT Bio is using their AMPLIFY vaccine platform that is based on self-amplifying RNA combined with proprietary nucleic acid formulation technology to develop safe and stable RNA vaccines. With their diverse strategies, HDT Bio is building their clinical-stage development pipeline.
