Harmonic Discovery

Harmonic Discovery is developing new therapeutic drugs that embrace the complexity of diseases. The current paradigm of drug discovery involves identifying drugs that target a single biological mechanism. Harmonic on the other hand are creating a new generation of therapeutics that can disrupt multiple pathways by targeting the human kinome. The kinome includes a family of 500 proteins associated with diseases such as cancer, autoimmunity and neurodegeneration. To find therapeutics, Harmonic is using their platform that integrates multiple layers of information from 3D-protein structure to systemic changes in protein gene expression using medicinal chemistry and machine learning.
