GO Therapeutics is developing therapies against cancer by exploiting unique cancer cell targets. An ideal cancer therapeutic would be specific, potent and broad-spectrum, treating a variety of cancers. To achieve specificity, GO is creating antibodies with high-affinity toward cancer glycoproteins - proteins that have long chains of sugar attached - that are uniquely represented on cancer cells. To achieve potency, the cancer-specific antibodies are armed with different modalities such as antibody-drug conjugates to enhance oncolytic activity. The proprietary cancer-specific therapeutics can also be used for combination therapies against solid tumors.
