GenoTwin is using genomics expertise and data science to monitor and manage the spread of pathogens. With advances in both the ability to collect and analyze large genomic datasets, there is much opportunity to address the world’s pressing infectious disease challenges. GenoTwin is building a team of experts in genomics, computational biology, infectious diseases and immunology to support clinicians, public health officials and researchers in four key areas: Pathogen detection; Pathogen Surveillance; Immune/resistance assessment; and precision treatment.
