Gencove

Gencove is providing cost-effective whole genome sequencing services to facilitate a variety of applications. Whole genomic sequencing is still expensive and often provides much more information than is required for downstream processing. Gencove has developed a low-pass whole genome sequencing service that enables a random 10-20% of the genome to be sequenced at shallow depth greatly optimizing output and cost-efficiency. Besides sequencing, Gencova has built their analytics platform that goes from DNA sequence to biological insights such as genotype imputation, variant and copy-number variation calling and polygenic risk scores.
