Female Fertility Extension

Gameto is developing technologies to redefine female reproductive health. As women age the number and quality of their eggs decline, causing various problems with their reproductive system. Gameto is using cell engineering to develop therapeutics to modernize and destigmatize the traditional fertility process. This approach involves proprietary combinations of transcription factors to generate engineered ovarian cell lines that mimic endogenous cells - these cells can be used to generate organoids of the female reproductive system that enables Gameto to generate and test therapeutic solutions. Gameto’s lead program is Fertilo, which involves treating oocytes outside the body to improve IVF outcomes.
