Équilibre BioPharmaceuticals is developing neurological therapeutics to meet unmet clinical needs. Conventional therapies to treat neurodegenerative diseases have had limited success. Équilibre is addressing these needs by creating drugs that affect pathways in hyperactivation of the brain and associated neuropathology. To find drugs, Équilibre is using their integrated platform that is focused on developing medications that treat neuroinflammatory pathways as a novel therapeutic option. With this approach, Équilibre can establish a diversified product pipeline for their therapeutic areas of interest: seizure disorders and traumatic brain injury.
