Iambic is using AI to explore novel chemical space for drug discovery. Through the use of AI-driven molecular design and high-throughput experimentation, Iambic has built their platform that unlocks novel chemical matter to find better development candidates. The high throughput experimentation comprises both faster chemical synthesis and biological assays such that many potential candidates can be screened for efficacy. The aim is to find drugs that are safe and highly targeted for patients. Currently, Iambic is building their candidate pipeline with their lead indication approaching Phase 1 trials for HER2 targeting.
