ENSEM Therapeutics is developing precision drugs for oncology targets to address unmet clinical needs. To address oncology, non-obvious binding pockets on difficult-to-drug targets need to be found. Through the use of computational and AI deep learning methodologies combined with advanced experimental techniques, ENSEM has created their Kinetic Ensemble ® platform that identifies cryptic binding pockets and accelerates structure-based drug design. The platform uses data from multiple sources including clinical, imaging, molecular and multi-omics. ENSEM can use their approach to develop innovative small molecule precision medicines for oncology with the potential of targeting other diseases and genetic disorders.
