Ecipsebio is designing the next technologies to understand RNA biology. RNA sequencing is a commonplace laboratory technique that provides researchers with an overview of the abundance of RNAs within a cell. Eclipsebio is evolving solutions for understanding RNA beyond RNA sequencing. This includes understanding the shape of RNA, assessing RNA modifications and for discovering RNA binding proteins. Eclipsebio has developed a suite of technologies that can provide researchers with much more information about RNA which is useful from basic research to advancing therapeutic discovery. Most recently, Eclipsebio launched their eSHAPETM suite of technologies that enable exploration of RNA secondary structure.
