Codetta Biosciences is building technology that can perform both nucleic acid and protein assays. From a single biological sample, often only one type of assay can be performed with high accuracy. Codetta is overcoming this limitation by providing research and clinical customers a multi-omic solution to provide greater insight from a single biological sample. This involves the development of a next-generation quantitative and digital spatial platform for nucleic acid and protein assays that is sensitive for simultaneous analyte detection. To build the technology, Codetta is integrating a platform of reagents, hardware and software that could be applied for analyzing viral and bacterial targets to mutations and gene expression.
