Cellarity is developing medicines by understanding cell behaviors. Current drug discovery mediated by focusing on single molecular targets has a high clinical failure rate. Through the use of genomic technologies, data science and AI, Cellarity is instead unraveling the complexity of disease biology to target the underlying cellular dysfunction. Cellarity’s platform links biology and chemistry to provide critical insights into cellular dysfunction. The approach involves three key steps: identify cell dysfunction and build Cellarity Maps, evaluate interventions and then engineer new chemical entities. Cellarity currently has programs in hematology, immune-oncology and metabolism to generate new medicines.
