Bionaut Labs

Bionaut Labs is using robotics to treat central nervous system disorders. Bionaut has developed microscale robots to deliver biologics or small molecule therapies locally to targeted disease areas for patients suffering with brain disorders. The robots, referred to as Bionauts, reach deep locations in the body, safely and precisely. Bionauts are injected into the body and external magnetic propulsion systems guide the motion of the Bionaut via exerted electromagnetic forces. Each procedure is pre-planned and tailored for each procedure and patient. Bionaut built their platform with several integrated, tunable modules enabling them to offer solutions customized to specific diseases and patients with a range of applications from therapeutic, diagnostic, stimulatory to microsurgery.
