Fluorescence Microplate Assays

About:

AssayQuant Technologies is developing robotic lab technologies to automate high-throughput screening (HTS). To support the discovery of effective therapies for cancer, chronic inflammation, neurodegeneration, and other serious conditions, AssayQuant is creating a suite of technologies that enable HTS. For example, AssayQuant’s proprietary PhosphoSens® Technology uses novel, fluorogenic sensors in enzyme recognition to aid in the discovery of drugs that affect kinase or phosphatase function. Kinases and phosphatases are enzymes that often become dysfunctional in disease. AssayQuant’s direct, real-time kinetic assay therefore enables better decisions regarding target biology and generation of lead candidates to empower faster movement through the drug discovery process.
