AlpaLifeBio

AlpalifeBio is a contract research organization (CRO) with a focus on nanobody discovery. AlpalifeBio uses their platforms to aid in drug discovery research. Nanobodies have high stability, tissue penetration, and specificity, and low batch to batch variation and immunogenicity. Their Alpaca anti-tag beads can be used in immunoprecipitation, mass spectrometry, enzyme activity measurements and ChiP/RIP analysis. In addition to their nanobody services, they offer GPCR drug development support, including expression, purification, and structure and function determination. AlpalifeBio uses cryo-electron microscopy to analyze the structure of various GPCRs for target evaluation and their nanobody discovery platform to screen for drug candidates that may regulate the GPCR activity.
