AlivaMab Discovery Services

AlivaMab Discovery Services discovers and develops antibodies for research and therapeutics. Antibodies are used in a diverse range of applications, but take time to be manufactured with desired target antigen specificity. AlivaMab uses their transgenic animal, Ablexis’ AlivaMab® Mouse, that is optimized for the discovery of antibodies that can be moved seamlessly into development. The mouse is engineered such that antibodies possess naturally selected fully human variable domains breaking immune tolerance, while retaining strong, fast, high-affinity IgG responses. Multiple AlivaMab antibodies have entered clinical trials, both as standard antibodies and as advanced therapeutic modalities. AlivaMab also engineers antibodies against chimeric antigen receptors.
