Nine Square Therapeutics is discovering new treatments for movement disorders. Parkinson’s disease, ALS and other neurodegenerative movement disorders urgently need more effective therapeutics. Nine Square is addressing this demand by accelerating drug discovery through the use of computational chemistry, combined with a machine-learning cell profiling platform. Computational chemistry includes molecular dynamics simulations and protein-protein interaction models to generate hypothesis-driven strategies. These strategies are then tested on the cell profiling platform that uses machine learning to select therapies that have greater translational potential, increasing the likelihood of clinical trial success.
