Indupro Labs is designing therapies that rewire protein-protein interactions in cellular signaling to treat disease. Cellular signaling involves the ability of a cell to sense a message at the cell membrane and transduce the message into the cell to cause a response. The initial message sensing involves a series of protein-protein interactions at the surface of the cell. Indupro is using this insight to manipulate protein pairings via induced protein proximity and create novel signaling pathways and logic gates. These novel pathways could include controlling cell function and fate. Indupro’s platform requires a deep understanding of protein interactions with a strong focus on elucidating the cell surface proteome.
